Whether sweet of savoury, this is the perfect class for those summer picnics. Together we'll make a rough puff pastry and then a traditional Portuguese pastéis de nata from scratch. We'll also learn to make the perfect sausage rolls, using a choice of herbs and spices to get your perfect filling. Please note that unfortunately we cannot cater for vegetarians in this class.
