Seen something in Proto Artisan Bakery you'd love to bake at home? In this class we take the most popular products and show you how it’s done. Learn to make Proto's brioche knots, choosing between a sweet cinnamon filling or something more savoury such as marmite and cheddar.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of bakers and runs for between two and two-and-a-half hours.
